Contact Tribe Rocket
Got feedback, a topic you want covered, a correction, or a partnership idea? Send us a message. Here is exactly how to reach the team and what to expect back.
Quick summary
Tribe Rocket publishes educational guides. You can prepare an email using the published address below; delivery and response times are not guaranteed. We do not offer free one-on-one consulting, and we cannot guarantee a personal response to every note.
Looking for help right now? Most questions are already answered in our resource library and on Start Here. Spotted an error in an article? See how we handle corrections in our editorial policy.
How to reach us
Use the published email address below. The link opens your mail app; this page does not send or store your message.
Send an email. Prefer email? Write to hello@triberocket.com. Put a clear subject line on it (for example, "Topic suggestion" or "Correction") so we can route it quickly.
We do not publish a phone number or postal address. The published email address is the way to reach the team.
Prepare your message
Include a clear subject, the relevant page, and the details. There is no submission form on this site. The email link opens your mail app; review and send the message there.
What to contact us about
Here are the kinds of messages we welcome, and what each one is for.
| Reason | Good to include |
|---|---|
| Feedback | What helped, what was confusing, or what felt off. Specific examples make feedback far more useful. |
| Topic suggestions | The question you wish we had answered, plus your business type (founder, creator, coach, local business, etc.) so we can match advice to it. |
| Corrections | The article title or link, the part you think is wrong, and a source if you have one. See our editorial policy for how we review and fix errors. |
| Partnership or sponsorship | Who you are, what you have in mind, and how it fits an audience of entrepreneurs and creators. We review these against our responsible-use and disclosure policy. |
| Press or media | Your outlet, your deadline, and what you need from us. Clear deadlines help us prioritize. |
What to expect
- Response time. No response deadline is promised. This site does not provide urgent support.
- Ideas still count. Even without an individual reply, feedback and topic suggestions help decide what gets written next.
- Corrections get priority. If you flag a factual error, we will look into it and update the page when warranted, in line with our editorial policy.
- Partnerships are selective. We only consider partnerships and sponsorships that genuinely fit our readers, and any paid relationship is disclosed under our responsible-use policy.
What this inbox is not for
To set honest expectations, here is what we cannot help with by message:
- Free one-on-one consulting or strategy reviews. We are not able to audit your account, build your plan, or give tailored advice over email. Our published guides and templates are the way we share that work.
- Guaranteed results, follower counts, or income claims. We do not promise outcomes, and we never teach fake followers, engagement pods, bots, or other shortcuts that break platform rules.
- Spam, mass outreach, or link-exchange requests. Unsolicited pitches that do not fit our audience will not get a reply.
- Urgent technical or account help with social platforms. For account issues on a specific platform, contact that platform's own support.
If you were hoping for hands-on help, the best next step is our resource library of templates, checklists, and worksheets, or the guided Start Here path that points you to the right playbook for your goal.
Frequently asked questions
How long will it take to hear back?
No response deadline is promised. During heavy publishing weeks it can take longer. If your message is time-sensitive (for example, a press deadline), say so up front so we can prioritize it.
Can you review my account or give me a custom strategy?
Not over email. We do not offer free one-on-one consulting or account audits. The most useful thing we can give you is already public: start with Start Here to find your path, then pull the matching templates from the resource library.
I found a mistake in an article. How do I report it?
Email us with the article title or link and what you think is wrong. A source helps. We review every correction the way we describe in our editorial policy and update the page when it is warranted.
How do I pitch a partnership, sponsorship, or guest piece?
Use a clear subject and tell us who you are, what you have in mind, and how it fits an audience of entrepreneurs and creators. We review these against our responsible-use and disclosure policy, and any paid relationship is disclosed to readers.
What happens to the email address I submit?
This page does not collect your address. Sending an email uses your own mail provider. For the full picture, read our privacy policy.
Do you have a phone number or office address?
No. Tribe Rocket is run online, and email is the published way to reach the team. That keeps things simple and lets us keep a clear record of every request.
Before you message, this might be faster
